If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully:I, the artist:- Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.- Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.- Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.- Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.- Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and or use it in my portfolio.You (the customer/commissioner):- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credits to me.- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece without my permission (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.- You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.Etiquette and notes:- If you do payment via robux you'll buy one of my gamepasses (tax excluded).- If u have commissioned a rendered piece please specify if u want harsher shadows or softer blended shadows.- Do not ask for updates constantly i'll send updates when i have them.- I'll send some thumbnails/concepts for you to choose from, then you'll be able to see the more detailed sketch any smaller changes then will be free of charge, i will do 1 total resketch for free but any other resketches or changes later down the line will be charged.- Please send as many references as u can, if u have something specific (poses, specific clothing, weapons etc) you want send reference.- Very simple backrounds (solid colour) won't be charged.- I'd prefer we talk on discord or through mail.- Please don't complain to me if it takes long, i do other things outside of art and if theres any extreme delay i will inform you.- If u have a deadline please inform me before payment so i can make sure i can get it done in time.- I won't do any big changes when the piece is nearly or completely finished.
